2. Apply online. Our application takes about 10 minutes. You'll need photo ID, proof of income, and rental references. We screen every adult applicant — background, credit, income verification (3x monthly rent), and landlord references.
3. Sign and move in. Approved applicants sign the lease electronically, pay the deposit through the portal, and get keys at move-in with a documented walkthrough inspection — so your deposit is protected by a clear record of the property's condition.
